While we are listed on both AirBNB and VRBO, we encourage you to skip paying their up to 15% service fees by directly booking your stay at Cottonwood Canyon Farm via this website. (A new tab will open up in your browser with the Arrow Haven Vacation Rentals booking system.)

Cottonwood Canyon Farm is a working farm that grows primarily wheat and corn, but the homes are set far enough away from the farmland to not be a disturbance to you or to the farmers.

Wildlife is very prevalent on the property, mostly deer and wild turkeys, but there are cougars and coyotes in the area so please be mindful when you are visiting.

Please note, this is not a party house. The Farmhouse was initially built in 1910, and while we’ve painstakingly restored both houses, they’re both still fragile. You will find plenty of other rentals in Walla Walla that are better suited for a little rowdiness.

You can find Cottonwood Canyon Farm using Google Maps. When you arrive at the end of Copeland Lane, take the fork on the right and you will see the property located on your left. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Feel free to use the garage, which can be opened by entering the garage from inside the house and pressing the buttons just to the right of the entrance. There is a wall-mounted Tesla charger inside the garage as well.

Thank you for being respectful and we welcome you to Cottonwood Canyon Farm!
